Job Location: Dubai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end training administrations:
- Collate TNA
- Manage training invites
- Track attendance, record, and report
- Track feedback and report
- Organise training materials with vendors and/or in-house trainers
- Arrange venue and required A/V arrangements
- Open and close the programs, if required
- Coordinate training requirements & arrangements with Department champions
- Manage the Oracle Fusion LMS (mandatory eLearning)
- Administer our online learning platforms- eCornell and Percipio
- Reporting and dashboards- all of L&D
- Prepare department presentations
- Vendor management- set up vendor meetings, be the main point of contact for training and F&B vendors, and manage related PRs, POs, and Invoicing, with Group Services.
- Liaise with Tahweel team for Oracle LMS requirements, issues, and troubleshooting
- Track, manage and report the OD&TM budget utilization.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience as Training Administrative
- MS Excel- Proficient (i.e., more than basic but not necessarily advanced)
- PowerPoint- Advanced
- Power Bi- Proficient (desirable)
- Canva- Proficient (desirable)
- MS Word- Proficient
- MS Outlook- Proficient
- Attention to detail
