Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Build and evaluate business processes.
• Carry out an Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and Document all the business requirements (BRDs) and help IT with the understanding of requirements and their implementation.
• Develop process flows.
• Liaise with teams to understand the process.
• Collect information and evaluate them in alignment with project goals.
• Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources.
• Provide detailed reports indicating system necessities.
• Conduct UATs for new technology implementations.

Education & experience:

• Business Analyst with 4-5 years. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred.
• Bachelors in engineering, or MBA
