  • Responsible for delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent challenges
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process including candidate communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer negotiations
  • Effectively partner with the global business services team to ensure all coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently, e.g. job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing
  • Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs
  • Delivering comprehensive service for all recruitment processes for junior to senior level positions in compliance with internal procedures and regulations;
  • Independently sourcing top quality candidates for the ability to set clear priorities;
  • Cooperation with managers within the organization to support all recruitment processes;
  • Cooperation with educational institutions (universities, secondary schools), external recruitment suppliers and other labour market organizations;
  • Planning and execution of employer branding activities;
  • Creating new and improving existing recruitment tools;
  • Administration of all existing recruitment tools, preparing experience and internal recruitment reports.
