Skills :
  • 6+ years of experience in working as PMO coordinator
  • Experience of working within the financial services or banking sector experience
  • Experience of supporting projects focused around Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS word, MS SharePoint, MS Teams
  • Must have experience in working with large data set in excel and knows how to manipulate data to extract the reports.
  • Experience in defining process and reporting templates in MS Visio and MS Power points 
  • Experience in data analytics & delivery performance reporting, 
  • Ability to learn new tools and products quickly
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence multiple levels in the organization
  • Experience with Cloud, DevOps and Azure dev and delivery collaboration tools.
  • Knowledgeable on different project delivery methodology from waterfall to hybrid and to full agile delivery model
  • Team player skills change agent with entrepreneurship and growth mindsets.
  • Experience in multitasking with prioritizing and re prioritizing 


Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for working with Program/Project Managers and support project execution, 
  • organize meetings, documenting minutes, take care of actions with reminders and follow ups.
  • Maintain risks and issues at the right time and to the right responsible resources and stakeholders 
  • Co-ordinate the data collection from all members of the PMO, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders, collection of financial information to update the project's financial records, project plans, maintaining document control for the Program
