Job Description :
Direct Responsibilities :
BAU Support:
- Plan the overall program and monitoring the process
- Manage the program s budget; Manage risks issues and take corrective measurements
- Manage and utilize resources across projects
- Manage Senior stakeholder s communication
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
- Manage the main program documentations such as project initiation document, project charter etc.
IT OPC:
- Ensure adherence to IT OPC controls pertaining to Project Management
- Guide the project management team on Group procedure changes and IT OPC related aspects
Contributing Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain best in class project delivery for IT Infrastructure Production department and implement improvement activities, wherever necessary
- Strategic overview and reporting on all programs to senior management
- Provide accurate and periodic project updates to various steering committees and governance forums
Work Based Technical Competencies Required:
- Proven experience in IT Program Management
- Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
