IT Administrator for Hotel IT Department
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of admin work
- Experienced with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic understanding/experience of IT
- Renewal of maintenance contracts and subscriptions and negotiation with vendors.
- Review and approval of IT and systems related invoices.
- IT assets inventory and assignment control and auditing.
- Remote systems backup coordination and execution.
- Procurement of IT related systems & assets.
- Preparation and processing of RFAs, IOMs, TERs, etc.
- 1st response support for IT.
