  1. Oracle Fusion / Cloud Techn-Functional Consultant 7+ years.
  2. 8+ years of experience in supporting HR Functions.
  3. At least 3 plus years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Workflow builder, HDL, Customization & extensions etc.
  4. Solid exposure in Oracle PaaS Application Development product such as but not limited to JCS, WebLogic etc.
  5. Required Skills: Mobile Cloud Service, Java Server Pages, Spring Boot Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite, Visual Builder, Cloud Service Java, REST API SOA SOA, Cloud Service, OSB, Oracle Integration, Cloud Service API Gateway, WebLogic, Middleware Administration, Java Cloud Service, BPM Process, Cloud Service PLSQL, Database Cloud Service.
  6. Must have minimum 4-5 years of full life cycle implementation experience as a technical consultant in Oracle Cloud Fusion environment.
  7. Minimum 3 Project Implementations (Payroll, Oracle HRMS, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management).
  8. Minimum 4 Support (Payroll, Oracle HRMS, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management).
  9. Sufficient exposure to AME, Recruitment, onboarding, Employee Maintenance, Performance management, Learning management, Goals, PMS, Career Development, Learning, Benefits, Payroll.
  10. Experience in full life cycle project including Requirements Gathering, Design the technical components, Data Conversion, Development, Testing UAT, SIT, CRP, Roll Out and Post-Production support activities.
  11. Expertise in creation of BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces, HCM Data Loader HDL PBL and OTBI reports in Oracle Cloud environment.
  12. Expertise in Writing Debugging advanced Oracle SQL.
  13. Expertise in Writing Debugging Oracle HCM Absence Compensation Payroll Fast formulas.
  14. capable of leading (contributing to) compelling solution implementation for clients on their Human Capital Management strategies, architectures, and roadmaps. The consultant must be able to advise the clients on their transformation needs.
  15. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  16. Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.
  17. Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods.
  18. Experience in Managing and delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects.
  19. Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).
  20. Experience in developing inbound and outbound integrations in Oracle Cloud.
