ROLE DETAILS :-
• Monitor alerts related Server, Network, Storage and Database using Monitoring tools
• Ensure 100% of committed deliverables are met
• Sending required Reports and Dashboards
• Ensure monitoring team follows the defined policies and procedures assigned to the
• Management of alerts raised by infrastructure elements
• Perform daily health checks (Network, Servers & Datacentre)
• Knowledge of Windows & Network Infrastructure
• Perform operations based on the documented procedures
• Assist in analysis of the reporting and alerts raised by various security devices
• Monitoring the Security Solution for health and availability
• Ensure proper tracking of the alerts/requests received until closure
• Ensure first cut notification about major incident sent to respective stake holders on preliminary information.
• Coordinate with Service desk to raise P1 and P2 incidents based on alerts
• Timely Escalate the issues to the next level & Communication will be sent to all the resolver groups
