  • Background that comprises both solid businesses understanding as well as high level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive ownness of business objectives
  • Work with other SPOCs to identify dependencies on Comms Stream and add them to the Backlog for dev & release
  • Update the current Roadmap & build a roadmap for 2022
  • Identify and do the discovery of Phase 3, Phase 4 initiatives
  • Work with other SPOCs to identify dependencies on Comms Stream and add them to the Backlog for dev & release
  • Update the current Roadmap & build a roadmap for 2022
  • Identify and do the discovery of Phase 3, Phase 4 initiatives
  • Knowledge of design principles and best practices in user experience design and traffic retention
  • Understanding of commercial goals and how to implement design changes to achieve desired results.
  • English (Full professional proficiency - Required)

 

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
  • Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery

 

Minimum experience

  • 5+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Previous experience in start-ups or similar dynamic digital environment
  • Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) is an added advantage.
