Param is looking to hire Embedded System Engineer . if you are willing to start your experience working for government projects opportunity. 


Role Summary: 


The Embedded Hardware Engineer will be a part of the R&D Team responsible for the architecture, design and development of embedded hardware for home energy optimization. The employment type full time two years ( Extendable based on project ).


Skills and Experience (Technical Know-How):

• Strong experience in PCB design (schematic to Gerber) and simulation.

• Strong proficiency on PCB design and simulation tools like Altium and Eagle

• Good Understanding in board level testing/troubleshooting with soldering skills.

• Strong experience of Logic, Microcontrollers - STM32, ESP32, ATmega328

• Hardware interfacing - RS485, I2C, UART, SoCs, SPI and Sensor Data Management.

• Programming Knowledge of 8051, 8085, AVR, STM, Arduino series, ARM, MSP430, Raspberry Pi, Begalbone Black, IoTBolt)

• Familiarity with communication protocols at hardware level- BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, GPS... etc.

• Excellent in C/C++, Embedded RTOS, RF, Bluetooth, Integrated Sensors (Acclero, Gyro, and Magneto), Wifi, Camera and Memory, GSM, GPS integration.

• Hardware circuits including DACs, ADCs, microprocessors, memories, DSPs, linear and switching voltage regulators • Linear and Switch mode Power supply design

• Should know how to use schematics, component data sheets and electronic test equipment.

• Cloud Connectivity • Analytics of DATA generated by Sensors

• Sensors (Analog and Digital) • Good understanding of EMI/EMC and their impact on hardware is mandatory


Preferred: 

• Experience with Altium, Allegro, Mentor Graphics PADs and CAM350.

• Exposure to Test and Measurement equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzer,.

• Hands on Experience in Simulation tools such as LTSPICE, TINA, PSPICE


Responsibilities:

• Drafting schematics, Designing PCBs, BOM creation and Component procurement

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IoT and Embedded product requirements.

• Investigate, analyze, review and enhance functionality and modules for existing IoT products. • Research and develop IoT products which match or transcend the latest trends.

• Undertake model making, prototyping and product testing.

• Communicate effectively with the clients, colleagues and contractors involved in a project.

• Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.

• Research and identify new market opportunities.

• Design optimization techniques for performance, cost and manufacturability

• Develop design notes for designs and test cases for board bring-up


Required Candidate profile:


7-8 years of work experience in Hardware Design IoT /Embedded Systems • Ready to work in a startup environment and proactive to take up multiple roles and responsibilities • Excellent communication skills and a team player • Customer centric mindset • Excellent time management skills, Self-motivated and highly ambitious • Must demonstrate consistent (and sustainable) application of problem solving and analytical skills



Education:

UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical / Instrumentation PG :M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication/ Applied Electronics / Embedded Engineer
