Job Description


  • Providing end user IT support for about 200 users
  • L1/L2 IT support
  • Experience and knowledge of various Operating systems like Microsoft, MacOS and Linux etc.
  • Installing, configuring & Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware, Software, AVAYA IP Phones, Network Printers, Local Printers, Smart Phone Devices and other Networking Devices
  • Support and Troubleshooting of Office365(Teams & Outlook)
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support on Interactive Projectors, Smartboards
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users
  • Install New Hardware and software
  • Active Directory Users management
  • Remote support Tools (SCCM, Teams, TeamViewer, Any Desk)
  • Co-ordination with Network team for Network Requirements/issues
  • Assembling/  Repairing Laptop / Desktop Hardware
  • Configuration & Troubleshooting of LAN
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure
  • Troubleshooting Issues with Network connectivity, Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office365, Sophos Anti-Virus and other Business Applications 


Qualification


B. Tech/ B.E degree

Certifications in MCSE/MCSA, ITIL and CCNA preferred

Experience

4-5 years relevant experience

Other Requirement

(eg:- UAE Driving License)
