Job Description
- Providing end user IT support for about 200 users
- L1/L2 IT support
- Experience and knowledge of various Operating systems like Microsoft, MacOS and Linux etc.
- Installing, configuring & Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware, Software, AVAYA IP Phones, Network Printers, Local Printers, Smart Phone Devices and other Networking Devices
- Support and Troubleshooting of Office365(Teams & Outlook)
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support on Interactive Projectors, Smartboards
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users
- Install New Hardware and software
- Active Directory Users management
- Remote support Tools (SCCM, Teams, TeamViewer, Any Desk)
- Co-ordination with Network team for Network Requirements/issues
- Assembling/ Repairing Laptop / Desktop Hardware
- Configuration & Troubleshooting of LAN
- Ability to multitask and to work under pressure
- Troubleshooting Issues with Network connectivity, Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office365, Sophos Anti-Virus and other Business Applications
Qualification
B. Tech/ B.E degree
Certifications in MCSE/MCSA, ITIL and CCNA preferred
Experience
4-5 years relevant experience
Other Requirement
(eg:- UAE Driving License)
