Managing projects involving installation, configuration, design, testing and commissioning of CCTV, security systems, barriers, A/V design, public address, access controls, time attendance and booking system.
Manage and deliver projects on time and on budget utilizing resources, both within and outside IT to achieve objectives,
Take on projects acquiring necessary levels of knowledge and engagement with project initiators in order to deliver the required objectives
Make appropriate plans ensuring that resources are aware, available and accountable for the delivery of their specific roles on the project
Maintain a high level of knowledge on all IT related matters and act as a trusted adviser where necessary to the business manager.
Attend and report to steering groups and other committees as required updating them on progress, budgets, issues, etc.
Carry out risk management at all stages of assigned projects to minimize risk of failure and any adverse effect on the organization.
Work with third party suppliers and contractors as required in order to deliver assigned projects
Provide PMO function with appropriate updates on a regular basis to ensure that any IT Governance activities are duly accomplished in PMO portal
Monitor standards across the IT organization and assist team managers in resolving any issues arising.
Supervising works from the construction phase until the delivery phase of the project.
Working with IT helpdesk team as technical and user support
Certification and training in CCTV system, Access control system, Security systems, etc.
