Job purpose
To act as a liaison among different business stakeholders of Dubai Trade - both internal and external, to understand the business environment impacting trade process.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and provide assistance in business case development via targeted workshops to achieve desired business outcomes
- Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.
- Use workshops, brain storming session and other business analysis techniques to gather and elicit business requirements for new initiatives
- Documenting Initial Demand Request, BRS-Business Requirement Specification creating prototypes and other project documents
- Participate in project review meetings to identify changes to business requirements and maintain the same till the project closure.
- Support the business analysis & process improvement activities in multiple projects from direct partners
- Demonstrate ability to manage simultaneous engagements across projects and new opportunities.
- Apply relevant industry experience in one or more of the domains such as logistics, supply chain, ports and customs.
- Use various business analysis tools and other BPM technologies to document business and system requirements and for other project specific activities.
- Work with different project teams to maintain and manage the business scope definition and change control activities.
- Support team members where necessary in adhering to best practices when engaging in initiatives/projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems
Minimum Experience
5 Years in a relevant field

- Familiarity with Use Case, BPMN techniques
- Preferable Experience in Supply-Chain, Logistics, Ports and Customs Domain
- Experience in a consulting role is preferred
