Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the recruiting/pre boarding/onboarding functionalities of ORC
- Interact with Functional users to understand their requirements
- Prepare solution Design documents
- Perform functional Setups in the system
- Conduct Familiarization session, SIT, UAT and Training
- Migration setups to production
- Support production system
- 9 Years and above in oracle HCM domain. Out of which minimum 5 years in oracle fusion suite of products
- Minimum 2-3 ORC end to end implementation along with experience in other recruiting modules like Taleo.
- Should have good background/understanding of recruiting/onboarding needs/solution.
