Working on design and implementation of Dial-plan for Inbound and Outbound calls in CUCM Clusters
Managed day-to-day client and internal service requests and documented all services performed
Voice Network/Telecom Experience -VoIP Troubleshooting, Voice capacity planning and Voice Network Design.
Technical experience requirement :
- Cisco Collaboration and IP Telephony Exp.
- Network Engineering Experience (Routing & Switching)
- Understanding and worked on Cisco Unity Connection with UCCX Knowledge.
- Experience troubleshooting telecommunications equipment and technologies including
TDM, T1, ISDN, etc.
Experience on :
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unified Presence Server
- Cisco Meeting server
- Cisco Unified Border Element
- Cisco Unified Computing Virtualization (UC on UCS)
- Cisco Voice Gateway (MGCP,H323,SIP)
- Cisco Webex
- CCNA or CCNP(voice) mandatory.
