Manage and expand key enterprise accounts in IT Staffing for Middle East and Indian markets.
Own end-to-end account management, including client engagement, requirement gathering, delivery oversight, and revenue growth.
Develop long-term client partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers.
Drive new business within existing accounts through account mining, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality closures.
Handle contract negotiations, commercials, SLAs, rate cards, and margin management.
Monitor and improve account performance metrics, including revenue, closure ratio, and client satisfaction.
Manage escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, client competition, and staffing demand in Middle East & India.
Prepare account plans, forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.
Expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring: handling client requirements, candidate selection, probation tracking, onboarding support, and smooth transition to full-time roles for both Middle East and Domestic clients.
Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and staffing strategy.
Experienced in end-to-end IT staffing cycles, delivery management, and account mining for C2H and permanent hiring models.
Required Skills & Experience
12–18 years of proven experience in IT Staffing / IT Services account management
Strong exposure to Middle East staffing markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait) and Indian domestic clients
Demonstrated success in managing large and strategic client accounts
Excellent knowledge of contract staffing, and staffing models
Strong understanding of IT technologies and skillsets across multiple domains
Expertise in client negotiations, pricing, and margin optimization
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience working with ATS/CRM tools and preparing business reports
