Job Title: AI Transformation Lead

Job Role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Transformation Lead to drive strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence across our business ecosystem. This role is pivotal in re imagining workflows, unlocking efficiencies, and fostering innovation through intelligent technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to identify, design, and deploy impactful AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the AI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• AI Ecosystem Integration: Identify opportunities for AI infusion across departments (e.g., operations, customer service, finance, marketing).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to ensure AI adoption aligns with business needs.
• Solution Design & Deployment: Guide the evaluation, design, and implementation of AI tools, including NLP, machine learning, computer vision, and automation platforms.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of innovation and upskilling teams on AI readiness.
• Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.
• Technology Partnership: Manage relationships with AI vendors, startups, and research institutions for pilot programs and scalable solutions.
• ROI Measurement: Track AI project outcomes, measure business impact, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation strategy, or AI project leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, automation, and analytic s platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing AI or data-driven transformation projects in large or mid-sized organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for emerging technology and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
