Job position: Product Engineer - D-Core

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Technical Skills

• Must be able to articulate the Business Requirements and work closely with Vendor to deliver robust solution.
• Good experience in Pl/SQL development and debugging. 
• Must have good experience in implementing system integration.
• Good to have fair knowledge on the new technologies like KAFKA, Cloud Native Apps to support future implementations

Functional Skills

• Must have experience in Retail Asset lifecycle
• Good to have experience in Collections domain
• Experience in Banking and Financial domain in an enterprise environment
• Experience in reviewing Business requirement document, Interface Specifications and Functional Solution document
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience. 
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. 
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management

Education & experience:

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Must have minimum 5 years experience in Retail Banking Domain.
• Must have experience in implementation of Retail Asset products and should be well versed with Retail Asset lifecycle.
• Good to have implementation experience in Collections preferably with EbixCash product IC.
• Must have good experience in API integration (JSON – Restful Open API’s)
• Proven experience of creating smart and efficient solutions to solve complex problems
