Job Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Profile:
- To manage the FinnOne Enhancements for Eligibility Calculator
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Gathering requirements from Business and Transform into effective solution.
- Automate existing manual processes and provide solutions to business.
- SME on Finance Solution.
- Support Business users to translate Business requirements to vendors (In Technical steps) and vice-versa.
- Understanding of Islamic Finance Processing, which include Share Trading, Commodity Management.
- Understanding of Retail Finance Repayment and various profit type calculations.
- Understanding of Finance Accounting and charges Collection.
- In-depth Knowledge of Credit Underwriting process including all retail finances.
- Credit Bureau and Central Bank regulations standards Knowledge for Retail Financing.
- Expertise in Financial management services Like rescheduling, Post postponement ..etc.
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation.
- Proficiency in mathematical skills and should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Prepare/Review IARs and related documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
- Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks.
- Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
- Support Go-live and post go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks
- Follow-up and track services, coordinate vendor support issues, respond to service tickets in a timely fashion.
- Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
- Manage vendor systems and their production supports, which include vendor Coordination, Issue resolutions and Service quality monitoring.

- Bachelors Degree
- FinnOne CAS System expertise
- IT System Analyst competency

Key Accountabilities of the role
Business Coordination and FinnOne System Analysis
End to end assessment of issues and new requirements from business for the FinnOne CAS and Collection Users
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with Application vendor for the resolution of reported issues.
Internal IT Team Liasioning
Coordinate with Business, QA and technical teams for implementing patches on UAT and Production
System Analysis
Interaction with Enterprise Architects to assess/propose the system solutions
Documentation / Process Ownership
The incumbent is responsible to follow documentation required for a particular process.
