Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Admin Job – handling document controlling
  • communicating with clients
  • handing over documents and system update.

 

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in customer service and administration
  • Candidate should be computer literate i.e. handling emails, basic excel skills
  • Strong communication skills to deal with clients. 
  • Attention to detail and customer follow up skills
