Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno functional Consultant

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Should have good knowledge on Oracle fusion HCM.
• Experience in BIP reports.
• Should have good understanding on the standard Rest API's of Oracle fusion HCM.
• Responsible for developing BI reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Ability to design and describe complex HCM centric solutions on the Oracle Fusion platform.
• Need to be able to do configuration, Testing and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion 
• Create Functional/Technical designs, BRD, To-Be documents 
• Work with end-users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of Oracle Fusion 
• Sets up procedures and testing methods to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data maintained within all application 
• Providing support and end-user training where applicable 
• Ability to build, configure and maintain solution 

Education & experience

• Bachelor's degree in computers or information Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with experience at least 2 full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle Fusion HCM from planning to configuration through go live.
• Should have experience of developing technical components – BI Reports, interface components using PL/SQL (HCM specific components)
• Strong communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize time and tasks.
• A team player who can work well with others.
