Job Title: Azure Architect

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Design, architect, and implement Azure-based solutions for clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead the planning, design, and deployment of Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage accounts, and virtual machines.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Azure best practices, architecture, and design patterns to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize Azure deployments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Azure, staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation of architectural designs, configurations, and processes for future reference

Education & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions.
• Certifications: Necessary certifications in Azure
• At least 4 years of recent experience in a senior position at a leading consulting firm or system integration company.
• Expert knowledge of Azure services, including virtual networks, storage accounts, virtual machines, and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure Azure solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar are required.
