Job Description
Salesforce CRM Developer with knowledge of the Tableau BI platform. Salesforce and community portal platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support business requirements and deal with all the CRM business needs.
- Business requirements gathering, producing functional analysis and facilitating customer workshops, etc.
- Communicate with different project managers, clients, and technicians and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from testing to maintenance.
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, fix bugs/issues, apply updates, and implement continuous enhancements.
- Develop and configure Salesforce CRM and Community Portal to accommodate business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with other business solutions (Oracle Fusion HCM, Supply Chain, Finance) in collaboration with other team members.
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards on Salesforce & Tableau BI.
- Maintain system design and configuration documentation.
- Report on project progress, manage timelines and costs, and update relevant stakeholders. Skills:
- Ability to manage a team and perform multiple tasks
- Ability to solve complex and high-level problems and application issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information Technology (preferred).
- Good experience in Salesforce and community portal platforms
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE (Integrated Development Environment) & Tableau BI.
- Hands-on experience with different types of tools of Salesforce IDE & Tableau BI.
- Proficiency in various database scripting languages like MYSQL, Apex, Native, and VisualForce.
- Well-versed with the Lightning framework
