Job Title: Oracle QA Manager

Location: Dubai

• The ERP Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activities of the quality assurance end-to-end including developing, implementing, and maintaining a process of quality and reliability testing for the Oracle Fusion ERP Enhancement and issues.
• This role is responsible for the Planning, Scheduling, Allocating, Analysing, Designing, Executing and Reporting of the test cases.
• The QA Manager will manage the QA resource capacity according to the requirements and priorities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Manage team of ERP Quality Analyst and Quality Control 
• Responsible for the applications quality, need to identify and set appropriate quality standards.
• Execute test cases, documenting use cases, and test plans for the technical requirements of the project.
• Provide an estimation during the sprint planning.
• Responsible to identify and analyse the issues, bugs, defects, and with other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple time; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Communicates quality standards to QA team, development team, functional team and other appropriate project team members.
• Actively participates in product testing.
• Hands on experience in quality tools
• Analyse user, developer, and SME feedback.
• Setup and coordinate testing processes for UAT.
• Coordinate the post release tests.
• Plan and Schedule the testing requirements.
• Highlight the risks on time and provide mitigation plan.
• Review and contribute to test cases development according to the requirements.
• Managing the app error logs and follow up with the fixes.
• Ability to work with Rest API Debugging tools (e.g., Postman).
• End-2-End debug mindset (backend to frontend).
• Deliver monthly KPI reporting

Education & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in the same role or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Mandatory working experience in Oracle ERP ( EBS/Fusion Cloud) 
• Relevant experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience in writing functional and non-functional test cases.
• Experience in creating manual and automated test reports.
• UI/UX knowledge and experience in understanding the user flows and identifying use cases.
• Test case management software experience.
• Hands-on experience in running the SIT & UAT process.
• Experience with end-to-end debugging principles and tools.
• Experience with cloud application testing service 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

• Good knowledge of Devops/JIRA and Confluence.
