Responsibilities:
• Manage the support services team responsible for handling tickets and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure timely completion of support tasks and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software/application support domain.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP/Equivalent Certification is a must.
