Job Title- FATCA Consultant

Location - Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform Outbound calls to customers for completing the FATCA/CRS forms
• Educate customers on FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Collect FATCA/CRS forms and capture in Bank system.
• Ensure capture data from FATCA/CRS forms to system is accurate.
• Maintain records of calls performed to customers.
• Follow up with customers on submitting the FATCA/CRS forms.
• Basic knowledge of FATCA/CRS & Transaction Monitoring to assess the risks associated with customers or products.
• Coordinating with relevant teams for FATCA/CRS related activities.
• Support Team Leader assisting with projects/deliverable to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a banking industry

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Basic experience (AML/KYC/Compliance related) with understanding of FATCA/CRS requirements
• Technical skills in Microsoft words, power-point and excel
