Job Description

To lead and manage our cross-functional development teams in the successful delivery of software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. The Project Manager and Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the project, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality software on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Minimum 5 years experience with Fintech technologies
• Planning & Execution: Developing a project plan, identifying project requirements and priorities, and allocating resources

Team Management:  

• Providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources to complete their work
• Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact the project and developing plans to mitigate them
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and senior management, to ensure that the project is aligned with business goals and objectives
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize the project management process and implementing changes as necessary
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are engaged and focused
• Budget & Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that the project is delivered within budget
• Quality Control: Ensure that the project delivers high-quality results that meet the project objectives and business requirements
