Job Role - Financial and back charge Specialist
Location - Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Drive TBM office establishment and built on a foundation capability of transparency modelling to allow greater visibility of technology cost and drivers.
- Drive the annual business planning process with Digital in conjunction with senior management teams within other functions such as Infrastructure and Operations, Sourcing, Delivery, Support, End User Services, IT Finance, etc.
- Oversee management reporting and analytics services for the Leadership Team, including the definition and tracking of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement strategy and action plans to reduce data gaps, improve data and quality, and ensure efficient and effective use of financial data and reflection of it in Apptio system.
- Represent the TBMO in various organizational forums.
- Cultivate, mature, and maintain strong partnership with IT, Finance, and other functions.
Education & Experience:
- TBME Certified
- Bachelor's or MBA in Business
- Strong financial experience (i.e. Budget Planning and Cost Reporting
- Must have financial experience - familiarity with Budgetary Planning and Cost Reporting
- Should have strong ability to Influence - Ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization
