Job Role - Change Management Lead
Location - Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Develop, manage and drive the Change Management Office, the change management methodology, tools, and templates.
- Align and imbed the CMO with the PMO practices in order to ensure operational alignment between both offices.
- Develop and manage one consistent Change Portfolio for the D&CS.
- Support, drive and manage execution of change journeys across the Group stakeholders, based on the change portfolio, in order to ensure a smooth cadence of change and communications across all stakeholders.
- Track and manage change and communication related risks and issues including delivery of interventions to address specific change challenges when they arise.
- Leverage and apply the Change Framework to help build change capability and apply best practices where necessary.
- Provide advice and guidance to leadership, sponsors, project managers, project team and other stakeholders on delivering change successfully.
- Ensure the right level of engagement and support is being delivered to stakeholders through the change management team.
- Manage, co-ordinate and measure the effectiveness of the change management initiatives and engagement through regular engagement, support, measurement techniques, guidance, and coaching.
Key Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience leading OCM engagements
