Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Prepare a consolidated reports specify all captured issues related to coverage gap, throughput, and network accessibility.
- And to provide a recommendation Interface and submit a presentation to the concern team and follow up the opening cases & issues.
- Execute drive tests with different tools such as Tems, SwissQual etc.
- Able to control the operational availability of measurement systems in coordination with technical support.
- Able to Monitor functionality, capacity, coverage, and quality of service.
- Prepare a document and checklists with all statistics and KPIs and to highlight the degraded KPIs based on appropriate SLA criteria.
- Prepare long term plan for enhancing the user experience at all Locations including (Malls, Hotels, Residences, Offices, etc)
- Responsible to follow up with ISP for any Complaints, Action plan or project to be implemented.
Education & experience:
- Candidates possess a good knowledge of relevant standards and protocols in mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, VoLTE)
- Have hands-on experience with various data collection tools such as TEMS, PHU, Nemo etc.
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Candidate must possess strong troubleshooting skills of drive test kit issues.
- Possess UAE driving license.
- Able to work independently in the field.
- Candidate must be responsible, reliable, motivated, organized, proactive, self-driven and learning oriented.
