Job Title: Salesforce QA-Manual

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• The communication skills- The resource should be assertive and have strong communication/ vocabulary skills.
• Attitude- The resources should be collaborative, be agile and flexible in case of extending working hours when there is a stretch goal or based on need.
• QA resources should be good at STLC, different types of testing, API testing using postman, Creation of test plan. Performance testing is not in scope right now.
• With Automation background is an add on.
• Resources should be good at handling Jira functionalities.

Education & experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience-5-7 years ONLY
• QA resources should have at least 5-7 years of Salesforce experience- Admin certified and certified on one of the clouds (Sales / service).
• Communication should Be excellent.
