1. Project Plan management
2. Tracking milestones/defects
3. Tracking & Coordination with vendors
4. Communication with internal stakeholders/process owners
5. Creation and submission of artifacts as per IT process & Governance – ITCM/ITA/GIS/IT Ops
6. Presentation & Updates
7. Budgets & utilization tracking (contracts & invoices)
8. Administrative tasks related to Project (EPM & Confluence/JIRA)
9. TC33A file process support and implementation
10. Testing coordination & support
11. Change Release Management – Liaise with approvers, Rtb & deployment to production.
12. Create Sales Teams, Manage and Monitor
13. Manage offshore and onsite teams.
14. Manage 360 marketing operations.
