A balanced scorecard is a strategic management performance metric that helps companies identify and improve their internal operations to help their external outcomes. It measures past performance data and provides organizations with feedback on how to make better decisions in the future.



Job Description
  • Assist the business in developing metrics as per BSC Framework.
  • Examining and monitoring KPIs to see if they are performing as expected.
  • Understanding why KPIs are not performing as they should. Facilitate root cause analysis with functions.
  • Ensure effectiveness of Internal Business Processes is measured as part of BSC score card per function



Experience:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Balance Score Card reporting
  • Root Cause Analysis Tools usage
  • Expertise in usage of Analytical Tools Well versed with MS Power point and Excel.
  • Experience in Real-estate is preferable



Qualification:•	
  • Bachelor's degree
