Job Description: 

1. Coordinated with Project managers for streamline the different project activities i.e. change management, quality management, development environment, design/build and consulting senior staff members on project issues and project management strategies.

2. Coordinate and ensure completion of PMO related activities such as projects creations, review and progress reporting.

3. Work on improving PPM tool as BAU by adding and creating more system related dashboard for Key projects.

4. Provide consolidated list of our projects inventory and ensure up to date data is always available and reflect the same in our core projects workflow tools.

5. Will be part of the testing team who will test the projects profiles once we migrate to projects online on cloud.

6. Gather a comprehensive list of enhancements and new modules needs to be deployed as continuously improve PMO Way of work.

7. Provide input on future roadmap with continuous improvement EPM support services.

8. Provide required support and guidance to the PMO, while administering and creating reports for executive leadership.

9. Contribute to the technology budgeting cycle annually and help in finalize all business cases reviews.

10. Drive the implementation for the PMO Governance methodologies and standard processes to improve cross-functional strategic plans, templates, process documentation and best practices through PPM tool.

11. Work with PM to report on the projects steering committees materials.

12. Validate Key strategic projects milestones, timelines, and report status on the progress to the PMO Head.
