Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Collating, checking, printing, and stamping of Contracts / Agreements.
- E-stamping of Contracts / Agreements
- Receipt / checking Contract documentation from consultants.
- Updating Contract racking log.
- Preparation and issue of follow up e-mails to Vendors / Consultants / Client
- we are seeking somebody with prior working experience with Developers
- Seeking someone with extensive experience of overseeing document control processes.
- To manage the document control processes for the Contracts Dept and to be capable of managing and directing more junior staff.
Education & experience:
- 5-8 years’ experience with Contractor / Consultant / Developer
- Have prior experience of similar type of works for Contractors / Consultants / Developers.
- Be computer proficient and have experience with Adobe software
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to multi-task
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate initiative (important characteristic)
- Be proactive (important characteristic)
