Job Title- Product Manager

Location- Dubai

Product Manager is a professional having complete know how about Smart home software. This includes planning, developing, launching, and maintaining products. The Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and customer support to ensure the product meets the needs of the business and the customer.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Product roadmap development: Developing and communicating a product roadmap that outlines the Smart home product's vision and strategy.
• Product definition and prioritization: Defining product features of Smart home 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product meets the needs of the business and the customer.
• Product performance monitoring: Monitoring the product's performance and making adjustments to the product performance as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop a product strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the product strategy to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge: Understanding of the technical aspects of the product and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Market and customer focus: Strong focus on customer and market needs, with the ability to conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions about product features and priorities.
• Project management skills: Strong project management skills to effectively manage product development and launch.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate team members to achieve product goals.
• Product Manager must have a balance of technical, business, and leadership skills, along with a passion for ensuring Smart home products meet customer needs.
