Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of products and services.
- Ability to handle all technical issues, incidents and problems and all related end users support requirement.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities in company requirements, product demands, and purchasing timelines through analytical capabilities.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
- Knowledge with AV support and day to day activities
- Ability to manage small size AV projects and initiatives.
- Awareness of all AV famous brands supports like, Crestron, Extron, Samsung Barco, Logitech ETC
- Participate in at least 3 AV related projects.
- Ability to support event and response to last minutes requirement from VIP users.
- Setting up, configuring, and maintaining systems such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and control systems for broadcasts and communications.
- Ability to program Crestron and Extron controller is a plus.
- Keep up to date with the latest audio and video technologies and trends to recommend improvements to existing equipment and suggest new equipment purchases.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to determine the appropriate audio and video equipment and setup required for each event.
Education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 6+ years' experience working as a system administrator.
- Industry experience into Information technology and Audio-Visual
- Holding AV related certificate like AVIXXA, Crestron, Extron or CEDIA or ITIL certificate is a plus.
Requirement:
- UAE driving license and Car.
