Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Act as a central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other project’s stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
  • Ensure that the company and program standards, guidelines, and policies are maintained.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.


Education & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in project and program management.
  • Proven experience in running multiple projects.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing internal and external resources.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification  
  • Agile Certification is preferred.


Language Skills:

  • English and Arabic 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Years of Experience:

  • 8/10+ years’ experience overall.
  • Experience in Maritime industry


Nature of Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Programme management role.
