Role Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates, screening, Interviewing for offshore/onsite for contractual hiring.
- Salary verification, candidate profile screening, mapping requirement thoroughly.
- Updating candidate interviews, shortlist, selection and joining to hiring manager.
- Updating CRM
- Selection process and joining formalities.
- Client management, relationship building etc.
- Taking requirements from Sales team and working on the requirements simultaneously
along with the jobs assigned.
- Sound technical understanding of the requirements.
- Logistical understanding about the clients’ contracts and job roles.
- Understand employee grievances, managing back outs and giving ready replacements.
- Competent in closing good number of positions.
- Competent in multitasking all other jobs.
- Preparing weekly reports on complete recruitment cycle
- working closely with recruiters to deliver on time.
- Should be able to do BGV and offers.
