Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates, screening, Interviewing for offshore/onsite for contractual hiring.
  • Salary verification, candidate profile screening, mapping requirement thoroughly.
  • Updating candidate interviews, shortlist, selection and joining to hiring manager.
  • Updating CRM
  • Selection process and joining formalities.
  • Client management, relationship building etc.
  • Taking requirements from Sales team and working on the requirements simultaneously

along with the jobs assigned.

  • Sound technical understanding of the requirements.
  • Logistical understanding about the clients’ contracts and job roles.
  • Understand employee grievances, managing back outs and giving ready replacements.
  • Competent in closing good number of positions.
  • Competent in multitasking all other jobs.
  • Preparing weekly reports on complete recruitment cycle
  • working closely with recruiters to deliver on time.
  • Should be able to do BGV and offers.
