Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Technical or Business Analyst roles
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
• MBA preferred but not required. #Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred.

High-Level Requirements:

• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, writing specifications.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Point enabling fast and high-quality creation of presentations.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
• Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and present findings of studies to client committees.
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting relevant trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
