Special Project Coordinator
Work Location : Abu Dhabi
JOB PURPOSE:
Special project coordinator shall be responsible to assist and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Working closely and supporting the team to execute projects successfully. Prepare comprehensive action plans & timeframes for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks with other clusters, like scheduling meetings & providing up to dates progress reports, maintaining project documentation and keeping records in the shared folder.
Ultimately, their duties are to ensure that all team members are supported to ensure special projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update Special projects on all required systems.
- Maintaining Important documents and update shared folders accordingly.
- Coordinate with PMO & prepare PNFs (Project Notification Forms)
- Monitor Project Progress & update clients accordingly.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
- Support the team with any required resources, tools & Information.
- follow up on responsibilities with assigned parties.
- Led business meetings with clients for business development.
- Documentation under ISO standers & lead the team to achieve ISO Projects management certificate.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, estimation, and finance
- Act as the point of contact for Internal communications
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Engineering & Technical background
- Project & Business management
- Background in Finance & Accounting
Nature of Experience:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Attention to details even under pressure.
- Handles requests and queries properly.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
