Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR and/or line organization to provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. Performing employee background checks and verifying information
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Collect and analyze employee data
  • Use data to create employee profiles
  • Organize and update employee files
  • Adhere to regulatory standards  
  • Visa Process/Work Permit/Bahrain Visa - Visa cancellation                                        
  • Joining formalities (Internal/External)
  • Medical Insurance
  • Timesheets
  • Document Controller/Printing Clerikal documents
  • Employee Verification
  • HRMS Software
  • Bank account opening     
  • Handling candidates end to end procedures for Account Managers

Required:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management    
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Office Microsoft
