Business Analyst 

Work Location : Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

• Expert in Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Gathering process information (field work, document analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
• Document existing process flows (as-is), Elaborate initiatives for process improvement, Document optimized processes (to-be)
• Documenting gap analysis
• Perform business analysis for new product/service and produce Business Requirement specification, functional requirement specification and other project related document.
• Experience working on UML, wireframes and user experience using tools like balsamiq, axure etc…
• Handling grooming session to elaboration functional analysis documentation for the development team
• Created user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys etc...
• Worked in projects handled in Agile methodology 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Optional:

• Experience working in shipping/logistics/supply chain domain related projects
• Negotiation and Cost-Benefit Analysis
• Demonstrated project management skills.
