Business Analyst
Work Location : Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
- Expert in Analytical and Critical Thinking
- Gathering process information (field work, document analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
- Document existing process flows (as-is), Elaborate initiatives for process improvement, Document optimized processes (to-be)
- Documenting gap analysis
- Perform business analysis for new product/service and produce Business Requirement specification, functional requirement specification and other project related document.
- Experience working on UML, wireframes and user experience using tools like balsamiq, axure etc…
- Handling grooming session to elaboration functional analysis documentation for the development team
- Created user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys etc...
- Worked in projects handled in Agile methodology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Experience working in shipping/logistics/supply chain domain related projects
- Negotiation and Cost-Benefit Analysis
