Job Description
UAT Support,
Work Location :Dubai.
Key Result Areas
- Supporting Product Owner and Journey Lead to coordinate testing
- Prepare test cases and capture test results in Excel and Azure DevOps
- Organize UAT Sessions with Business users / Relationship Managers
- Document and track action items, feedbacks, issues and risks
- Work with PO to identify and define key milestones of the UAT
- Track tasks for project and follow up with internal teams in terms of tracking
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with support from Tech Project Manager.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports in centralized location
- Support QA / Tech Test Manager to ensure coordination between Squads & technology during SIT and UAT respectively
- Work closely with SIT members to resolve the Integration issues and challenge the SIT teams on defects
- Working along Tech QA Manager to track test management activities in Azure DevOps
- Ensure release adherence during go-live
- Coordinate action closures and work with program teams to resolve the roadblocks of testing
- Weekly/monthly testing dashboard / metrics and reporting
- Run defect triage calls on a daily basis with the squad members
- Publish the test status report on a daily basis
Knowledge, Skills, Qualification and Experience
- 6+ years of prior experience
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience on Azure dashboards
- Experience with agile ways of working
NOTE: Must have experience in Corporate Banking testing (Automation and Manual).
