Param is looking to hire a IT Support resource who can manage & Support IP telephone system in banking sector who can join immediately.



Job Role


  • Manage & Support IP telephone system, telephone devices & related software. 
  • Installation , shifting, troubleshoot & support the IP Telephone device & Users
  • Provide various IP telephone related service.



Skill Set

  • Good knowledge IP Telephone , Audio & Video Conference System & Devices.
  • Good Knowledge / Experience in Telephone Management software.


Domain / Experience / Education

  • Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in IP Telephone system, added value if worked in Avaya.
  • 1 or 2 Year experience in Desktop Support / IT Service Desk.
  • Working in financial institution is added advantage.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
  • Added value for ITIL & Other IT technical certifications.
