Primary Skills:


Ø  Functional expert on Oracle EBS suite Core HR, Payroll and HR Self Service

Ø  Experienced in Supporting and Maintaining Oracle EBS HCM production systems

Ø  Good knowledge of the workings of the overall Oracle EBS applications and interdependencies between Core HR, Payroll, and integration among the other common applications

Ø  Should be familiar with the data model of Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management (PMS), Learning Management (OLM), HR Self Service of Oracle EBS suite version R12.1.3 and R12.2.X

Ø  Should have good knowledge of Oracle EBS versions R12.1.3 and R12.2.x with product features of Oracle HCM.

Ø  Good knowledge and hands on Oracle Application Object Library, Oracle Applications Coding Standards, Oracle Applications User Interface Standards and other components of Oracle Application technology stack, in order to build custom extensions and modifications.

Ø  Should be have the skills of writing complex Payroll Fast Formulas

Ø  Good Knowledge  and hands on development tools like PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow Builder, OA Framework, Oracle Approvals Management (AME), Oracle Discoverer and XML builder

Ø  Conversant with the APIs and open interfaces related to Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll and HR Self service

Ø  Well versed with Oracle AIM methodology and documentation of AIM documents such as RD050, BR30, BP080, MD050 and TE040 or TE050 etc.

Ø  Familiar with Data Conversion approach  and mapping techniques adopted within the Business application as a result of Upgrades or migration from legacy systems

Ø  Expert in functional testing, preparation and execution of test cases

Ø  Should have good analytical skills to analyze the support issues and provide required fix in line with Oracle e-Business suite standards.

 Preferred  Additional Skills:


Ø  Good knowledge and understanding of HR concepts and domain knowledge

Ø  Familiar with Oracle Time & Labor, Recruitment & iRecruitment modules

Ø  Functional knowledge in Performance Management (PMS), Learning Management (OLM),

Job Description:

Ø  Functional Project Lead coordinates with the business users to study requirements and handle the concept to delivery of the solution on Oracle HCM Application covering

a.       Gather user requirements

b.      Perform Functional mapping of business to system process

c.       Perform CRP

d.      Configure or setup HR seeded system processes in line with the business requirements

e.       Identify the functional gaps in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, EPM, OLM and functional design of customizations

f.        Create Functional test approach and scenarios in line with business requirements

g.      Prepare user manual and perform user training

h.      Conduct user acceptance testing.

Ø  Prepare role out plans, releases and prepares all the necessary system deliverables and documentations in line with organizational standards.

Ø  Work independently and with the team on support, maintenance and projects with in Oracle EBS application solutions.

Ø  Open Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support and follow up to resolution.

Ø  Should be familiar with AIM methodology based execution for projects and large maintenance enhancements.

Ø  Regular communication with the Domain Manager/Solutions Leads on progress, problems & issue resolution. Regular meeting with his team on Project status.

Ø  Regular interactions in the presence of the Solutions Lead with business stakeholders from Business units for status.




Ø  Should have worked as Oracle EBS Applications Functional Consultant with hands on experience of minimum 3 Oracle EBS full life-cycle implementations & upgrades for the modules mentioned under ‘Primary Skills’

Ø  Should have minimum 4 years’ experience as Oracle Applications Techno Functional Consultant on the modules mentioned under ‘Primary Skills’



Academic  Qualification:


Ø  Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
