Param is looking to hire Contact Center Engineer for Dubai location 


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Center knowledge to maintain the Technical infrastructure (Hands-on knowledge -Ameyo preferred)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Work Force Management (WFM) modules
  • Basic knowledge of Contact Center-CRM integration
  • Basic knowledge of API services
  • Configuration, Management and troubleshooting of SIP Trunks
  • knowledge of Contact center Dialer management (Predictive, Progressive, Preview and Manual)
  • Knowledge of Administrator, Supervisor and reporting management
  • 1 to 2 Year of experience in Contact Center / Telephony System
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, Database
  • Hands-on knowledge of Linux server (RedHat / CentOS)
  • Hands-on Knowledge of Asterisk call manager
