Job Role
- Manage & Support IP telephone system, telephone devices & related software.
- Installation , shifting, troubleshoot & support the IP Telephone device & Users
- Provide various IP telephone related service.
Skill Set
- Good knowledge IP Telephone , Audio & Video Conference System & Devices.
- Good Knowledge / Experience in Telephone Management software.
Domain / Experience / Education
- Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in IP Telephone system, added value if worked in Avaya.
- 1 or 2 Year experience in Desktop Support / IT Service Desk.
- Working in financial institution is added advantage.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
- Added value for ITIL & Other IT technical certifications.
